The Cow Jumped Over The Moon | About Our Creche

‘The Cow Jumped Over The Moon’, provides a safe, fun filled environment for children aged 6 and under. We encourage growth and development of children of all ages by providing educational activities and free play in a fully supervised child minding service.

The first 7 years of a child’s life are the most important as they form the basis of a child’s character. This is why it is of the utmost importance that you choose a safe and secure environment where your child will spend fun filled days as well as feeling loved.

At our Nursery School, we follow a CAPS programme based on theme related work every week. Our children are truly happy and stimulated throughout the morning.

The classes are divided up into are groups to ensure that they have the best possible care and age appropriate equipment and play areas.

All children will also enjoy:

• A cooked breakfast, 2 snacks & a cooked lunch
• All Toiletries are also included
• Also note that an Educational Psychologist is available to do assessments at the School premises.

Ages 2 to 4

• Separate playground for age 2 to 4 with age appropriate equipment.
• Two 2-3 year old classes and two Grade ‘000’classes
• Small classes with a qualified teacher and an assistant.
• Extra murals offered include pottery, computers, dancing, soccer, swimming, modelling, karate, playball , wiggle and jam and phyzz ed sportz.
• CAPS curriculum followed, and baking and tuck on a Friday.
• Monthly educational shows at the School.

Ages 5 to 6

• Separate playground for ages 5 and 6 with age appropriate equipment.
• Two Grade ‘00’classes and two Grade ‘R’classes
• Small classes with qualified teachers
